Terms of Service

Demo access to Mobile Policy Advisor Intelligence ("MPAI") is limited to currently licensed public adjusters. By submitting a demo request, you represent that you hold an active public adjuster license in good standing in the state you provided, and that the license number you supplied is accurate and belongs to you.

We reserve the right to verify licensure with the applicable state regulator before granting access.

MPAI's outputs are AI-generated informational tools intended to support licensed professionals. They are not legal advice, adjusting advice, coverage opinions, or a substitute for the independent judgment of a licensed adjuster or attorney.

The licensed professional using MPAI is solely responsible for reviewing all outputs, verifying accuracy against source documents and applicable law, and for any professional decisions, filings, or communications made using those outputs.

MPAI and the demo request process are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Empowered Solutions Ltd, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) any misrepresentation you make regarding your licensure or eligibility; (b) your misuse of MPAI or its outputs; or (c) your violation of these terms.

You represent that you have all necessary rights, consents, and authorization to upload any policy documents or client information into MPAI, and that you are solely responsible for redacting or minimizing any personal information not necessary for the analysis you are requesting.

Demo access is granted only after your submitted license information has been reviewed. We may contact you or the applicable state regulator to confirm your credentials before issuing access.

Access may be delayed, denied, suspended, or revoked at any time if any representation made in your request is found to be false, incomplete, or no longer accurate, or if we determine that continued access is inconsistent with these terms.

No payment is collected at the demo request stage. Submitting a request does not create a payment obligation.

If your license information is verified, you will receive a secure payment link to activate full access. Payment terms will be presented to you at that time and are separate from these demo terms.
